Imo fast rising star Sauw Blaze escapes kidnap

According to the reports, Sauw Blaze had travelled to Port Harcourt to visit his family on Sunday the 2nd of October and took off very early in the morning on the Thursday 6th of October so as to meet up with the monthly general meeting of the Association Of Imo Entertainers where he serves as publicity Secretary.

As they approached Elele, at a point marked red as kidnapping spot, the bus was flagged down by some men but the driver became suspicious as he observed that the spot of flag down is not a usual check point.

The driver also observed some irregularities in the identification mode of the men in police disguise and their vehicle so he decided to zoom off and immediately the kidnapers chased after them but was outsmarted by the driver who took link roads that headed back to Port Harcourt and that was how they were saved.

When asked, Sauw Blaze said he is grateful to God for delivering them as he wondered where he could have gotten money for Ransome. He said that his Album launch which is bullied to hold on the 29th of this month is not yet funded and would have been a disaster if the people had succeeded in kidnapping him. He also used the opportunity to appeal to all men of goodwill to support him in anyway they can so that he can achieve the launch of his maiden Album..
